19TH CENTURY KOREAN PEARWOOD TRUNK

A small Korean antique wooden trunk from the late19th century with metal hardware. Born in Korean during the later years of the 19th century, this small rustic wooden trunk features a rare rectangular partially folding “envelop” lid, that opens to reveal the storage area. The dark brown patina is perfectly complimented by the dark hue of the metal hardware that accentuates the body.
